The hotel was well placed near tube stations and bus routes, and opposite Kensington Gardens. a fairly quiet position for a London hotel. Very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. A good breakfast with many choices.

"Great location and view over Hyde Park"
Hotel very clean, great location, close to underground and bus stops. Didn`t tell us that we needed to use key card for lift at times. Food very good and lots of choice at breakfast. Had a problem with the lights which was fixed whilst out. Happy to supply extra pillow. Staff very pleasant and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.
