"Comfortable hotel and leisure facilities "
"Room ok , as we sit here now curtains blowing wind coming through heard all traffic all night long ."
So not good as to the above
"Decent enough for lower price range"
Staff were so helpful. Wifi brilliant. There are some issues with the rooms looking a little worn but beds were comfy and clean. A bit far from the tube stations so a bit of a trek or could cost quite a bit in taxi fares. Have to say the local community is very friendly and the pizza place opposite was fantastic and reasonably priced. Run by a really friendly and cheerful guy.
"Great Hotel "
Hotel was lovely we had a upgraded room which was spotless with everything you would need was included We made use of spa facility`s which were included in the price of the room highly recommended hotel
Good location, easy enough walk from the tube if a little rough in the surrounding area! We had a bunch of chavs circling the hotel on bikes at midnight. Bar areas etc all very nice and reasonably priced for London. We missed the cut off for food on returning from the show, but the staff were kind enough to get us some toasted sandwiches. We had some dirty marks on our bed cover which wasn`t too pleasant. We had a full blown party going on in the room next to us, which the hotel staff dealt with swiftly. Sat apart on both journeys. Not given a table or a socket, despite booking months in advance and the train clearly not being full. Package deals are used to fill up the awkward seats on these trains. We also asked to upgrade to first class on return journey and were told we would need to wait for a Virgin representative to come round, was halfway into the journey before we saw anyone and they still wanted full upgrade price.
A little far from the theatre needed to have a taxi said was 35 mins from hotel can`t see that. Average hotel room tiny needed a little TLC in places but fine for our needs but a little way out!!
Could hear guests talking in room upstairs - every time they used the bathroom the shower plug hole gurgled in my room
Noise from guests in the middle of the night was inappropriateFacilities good.
Good friendly staff. Very attentive. Hotel well situated and food was lovely. Highly recommend
