Difficult to find. Not well placed for a theatre break
"Best spa in town!"
Although the location is a bit out of the way, once you get your bearings you can get around London no problem. We had a room upgrade, but still found the room small and a bit worn. However staff are great, hotel is pleasant, and it has a hidden gem in the spa!! Very clean, everything works well, and plenty of room.
Lovely staff,and nice room
fantastic all round. one of our clients had a birthday and the staff in the restaurant were just wonderful. made the evening really special for him. special puddings and sang happy biorthday!! bravo to everyone. they have made a very special memory for him. thank you!!!
"Quite an enjoyable experience watching the staff trying to figure out what to do😀"
Comfortable beds in reasonable sized rooms for London although a little outdated. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Didn`t look at pool and leisure facilities as too much to do. Not too far from tube station and we walked to west end for show via the Butcher`s Hook & Cleaver pub (good pies). Would use this hotel again.
Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was clean and tidy tho a little dated. Windows were badly misted up and need reglazing as it was difficult to see out. Breakfast was plentiful.
Not good value for money I have stayed in better hotels for less. The staff are miserable and arrogant I will not stay there again, the pictures are an illusion it is very dated the lights did not work in the sauna I had booked an extra night which the staff had difficulty finding on the computer I suggest you get everything in writing and take it with several people at the reception desk had problems which the staff could not cope with.
"My room had an interconnecting door and I could hear everything my neighbours were saying "
My wife tried to complain about the room due to the noise from the next room but fell on deaf ears. Very little sleep for 2 nights. Will not stay here again
Good reception and made very welcome
"The staff were very helpful and polite. "
The room was fine, I have stayed in better hotel rooms though for similar prices. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location was also good. The walk to the underground was not too far. Overall the hotel experience was Good.
