"Smart, clean and central."
Apartments were excellent for my purpose. Because of flight delays I only stayed 6 hours, but the experience was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, even at 2.00am when I arrived. Would definitely use again. I have only rated as good not excellent because I really could not say in such a short space of time.

"On arrival informed that room booked out to some one who had booked direct. Moved to awful room."
On arrival told room booked out to someone who booked direct with hotel, as they were given preference over people who booked via internet. Taken to adjacent hotel the Premier West, what an awful dump. If we could have got accomodation else where we would have. Bed broken, no grout in bathroom area, fire doors wedged open, damp entrance carpet. Walls so thin you could here any nocturnal activities in other rooms although entertaining not ideal if you need a nights sleep. Skipped breakfast as site not very clean. If you are offered a room in this dump run as fast as you can, you would be better off in a youth hostel.

Nice hotel. When checking in we were suprised to be taken round the corner onto another street. We were happy when arriving to find a nicely furnished modern apartment complete with well equipped kitchen. When looking for the hotel, keep your eyes peeled for the numbers as there is no outward sign or indication to tell you it is `So Sienna`.

The apartment is nice, but the website advertises a CD and DVD player the room did not have one so they got us one. Which did not work very well. The furniture is just resting against the walls with 2 back legs missing. The table in the living room has a leg missing so is wobbley. There are no instructions on how to use any of the kitchen appliances or what number to call for assistance. There is no kind of welcome pack either. I would like this to be seen by the manager and I would like a response

"Really nice!"
It was a really nice apartment, perfect place to stay if your watching a gig at the Apollo, it`s a 7 minute walk! Only thing which isnt even a big deal, they need to sign saying `so sienna apartments` just to make it a little more obvious where is it.. but they guy at reception said they were doing that so it shouldn`t really be a problem. It was a lovely stay :)

"Ordered two twins and got one single - no "roll out sofa" as promised, so it was a predicament"
The place is very nice, clean, modern, but make sure you get what you paid for. The difference in price was about $17 so I didn`t file a complaint, but then I never got a response from them when I asked them to reimburse me for the additional amount paid for 2 beds

"Perfect for a stay in london "
the appartment was very clean and had all amenties and plenty of room we booked for 3 people but we did find that bedding was for two pepole and we never relised this till 1 in the morning and had to find someone for bedding and quilt for bed sofa and only got a sheet not a quilt and that there was only 2 towels in the bathroom was surprised as booked for 3 people but other wise it was a lovely stay i would book to go there again but next time would check bedding as soon as i got there and towels just in case but is worth the money as very modern all so

For the extra 20 pounds i would have had te basement with the garden this was excellent. next time i will stay there. great location though thanks

INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT THEY NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF IDENTITY IE PASSPORT,DRIVING LICENCE ON BOOKING IN. WE WERE NOT TOURISTS AND DID NOT HAVE OUR PASSPORTS WITH US AND BECAUSE WE CAME BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT LEFT OUR DRIVING LICENCES AT HOME.
