"Hotel was mainly very clean, but the bathroom floor was sticky and the room hadn`t been vacuumed."

We found the hotel to meet all our needs, the reception / bar area are beautiful! The rooms are functional but not as well maintained as the reception areas! The service from staff is faultless!

"Nice staff, clean room with all the basics"
A good stay, Crown Pub in the lobby served decent bar food. It is a fair walk to the tube and isn`t that central (about 40 mins to theatre) so worth bearing in mind for timings.

"hotel completely lived up to expectations"
The room was very comfortable well equipped and quiet. The hotel public amenities` were generally good. During our the 3 night stay, we had one breakfast which was good, with a range of cooked and continental choices. We also dined in the Pan Asian restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal. The only other choice for evening dining was from the bar menu, as there was no other option available, this may be a minus point if guests intend to eat every evening in the hotel. We also had a `cream tea, which was excellent! The biggest plus for this hotel is the outstanding staff, who were helpful, friendly and very considerate in attending to all our needs.

Lovely hotel , shame didn`t take swim wear . Booked this due to car parking but wish I had just paid for 24 hour parking close to a hotel near the theatres. So much time wasted navigating the transport in and out of the city centre, and especially when only there overnight . Our room huge and stylish , bathroom also huge and stylish. Definitely recommend if staying out of the city.

"Luxury at the Clayton"
Luxury hotel situated a few miles from the west end, loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would def come back and stay here again.

"A super hotel with great amenities!"
I wasn`t expecting the Hotel to be so nice to be honest. The receptionist was so helpful, the room was fabulous, even though I did miss an outside window to open. Breakfast was amazing. My two sons and I just had a great stay and when we are able to have another treat up in London, will will most definitely want to stay at the Clayton! Thank you!

Clayton Crown Hotel is lovely, although a "bit in the sticks" The rooms were clean, equipped well and the beds were comfy. All staff were very pleasant and helpful from when we arrived to when we left. The bar/food area very pleasant too. I recommend an Uber Taxi any day!!! Quick and convenient to get around and relatively cheap too.

Lovely room, well presented and maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioning not being effective but the night receptionist on duty kindly provided a mobile unit. The breakfast in the Panasia restaurant, however, was well worth the £12 and wildly exceeded our expectations. And once we had decifered how the shower worked we were more than happy!

"A gorgeous hotel with huge rooms!"
we travelled down the M40 and the hotel was easy to get once off the motorway. On arrival we found a very impressive reception area with friendly staff. We had a double & a triple room and both rooms were spacious with comfy beds & fabulous big bathrooms. The hotel was lovely & quiet and we all slept well. We opted for the breakfast & were spoilt for choice - a super spread of both continental & cooked choices. The carpark was under the hotel & only cost £15 for the night. Although Kilburn tube station is a good walk away, the tube route to the theatre was hassle free & so proved to be a good base for our break. I would recommend this hotel & I would definitely return!

With the exception of their being a little bit of unrepaired plasterwork in our room this hotel is absolutely super. Staff helpful and friendly, lovely surroundings, safe car park, leisure facilities, super food. Great value for money as well! Would not hesitate to visit again or recommend.

"Good location but very noisy."
We left feeling somewhat disappointed. The rooms where very average and our shower was quite poor. The biggest disappointment was the Pan Asia restaurant. As a restauranteur myself i thought the service was very poor and painfully slow. Customers around us were getting up to take their own menu`s from the bar, our drinks took for ages in what was not a particularly busy restaurant but most annoyingly was a warm bottle of Champagne just sat on top of an ice bucket. For me the number one question to our customers is would you come back again, sadly i have to say on this occasion i would certainly not.

"4* hotel - lovely place! "
The hotel is suituated on the outskirts of London so quite a trek into the centre, however offers parking facilities which is fab at just £15 over night, the hotel has a bar open until 2am which provided a lovely albeit loud place to have a late drink, however don`t be fooled, once you get to your room is peaceful and you cannot hear anything. The room was clean and modern and the pool looked lovely.

Well located hotel considering our decision to drive down to London. Easy access on the tube to Central London, approximately 15 minutes. Excellent, clean and well equipped room and hotel in general.

"Wonderful"
Spent two nights at this hotel, it is one of the best I have stayed in, very clean, helpful staff. The beds were comfy and the rooms llook very fresh .bus stop to get into central or to the tube a 2 minute walk would definately stay here again

Although outside of Central London there are plenty of transport links I.e. regular buses, on the Jubilee tube line. It is a bit of walk from the nearest tube station but you can always catch a bus. There was no view from the window as it looked out onto a wall, however, this did not bother us as we only used the hotel as a base. Quiet hotel. Try the bakery across the road - the cakes are delicious.

"Clayton crown hotel "
hotel a long way from any attractions. Our first room was like a dungeon. Below ground level with no windows and the swimming pool was outside our room which opened at 7am and closed at 10pm. I mentioned this At reception and they moved us to a room in the older part of the hotel. Room was ok, tatty curtains, bedding not changed after first night just bed made, bathroom tatty, filled holes in the wall, light bulb out, shower head covered in lime scale and wouldn`t get hot - other than that it was ok. No where near the quality we were expecting for the money and the website pictures
