"Excellent service at all times. Lovely rooms with good en suite facility"
With two elderly mothers in our party everyone was most helpful. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and fresh food always available. The hotel was very busy however the staff remained unflustered and accommodating. A memorable stay, thank you!

"Fantastic hotel!"
We enjoyed our stay at the Mint Hotel xxxxx Bridge. The rooms were airy, modern and very comfortable. We opted for continental breakfast which was 1st class. All the facilities we needed were of an exceptional standard and I will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We were particularly impressed with all the members of staff who were (without exception) very friendly, courteous and professional. Great location too.

We booked this as a last minute weekend break in London and would recommend this to anyone as a very good hotel to stay at. The rooms were comfortable and modern and the food was excellent too. The location of this hotel was right near the xxxxx of London, so perfect for sightseeing. Beautiful views can be seen from the Skytop lounge bar while enjoying a drink!! We would most certainly return to this hotel.

"FIRST CLASS - AMAZING!"
My friend and I stayed here for a grly weekend/show. This is a modern hotel, very stylish. The Apple Mac in the room was very useful. xxxxx Hill tube station is about 3 mins away - perfect for getting around. The only issue we had was with breakfast - on day one we had no idea what we could have (continental or full), we had to ask. You can have everything off the menu you just need to ask for it. They ran out of orange juice and said no it has all gone! We didn`t let this put us off as I am sure it is just teething problems and lack of communication. The staff throughout the whole stay are professional and polite we felt like we were special. Both of us are trying to book again and take our other halves. You have got to try this place its like top top class and well worth it!!!!!

Westayed just one night,the hotel was clinical in decore, room was good and spacious amenaties spot on. Wehad a continental which found plentiful, replenishing the items was slow though. we would stay at this hotel again.

"Truly excellent"
Excellent in every way. Clean, great staff and magnificent rooms. An iMAC in the room with total free Internet access and Sky Sports, not that I watched it once but it was there ;) And a free DVD library for the kids. No hassle and thoroughly enjoyable. Definitely stay here again next time I`m in London. 2 minutes from the xxxxx and the Thames boat trips too.

My husband and I were only at this hotel for one night but wish we could have stayed for longer. Check-in was very efficient and friendly. The room was very clean with all mod cons. The Sky Lounge (12th floor) had great views of xxxxx Bridge and the xxxxx of London. All staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. Definitely go back.

The hotel looked lovely as we walked in, had no trouble finding it either. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Got up to the room and...wow! Very clean and modern looking room. Loved having the I-mac in the room and it was so easy to use. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and a bathrobe. We also loved how soundproof the room was. We didn`t even realise how much until the day we were leaving and I opened the window to church bells and road works! You definitely don`t hear anything from outside. We went up to the Sky Lounge and had a lovely view of xxxxx Bridge and London at night! The staff were also very nice and helpful too. We had the continental breakfast and had plenty options from cereals, pastries, yoghurt to ham and cheeses. Overall we had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it...we`ll definitely be going back!

Very good rooms, apple computer with tv function, very clean toilets, very good air conditioning, the stuff very helpful, the roof lounge has a top view..what else? for the money (something above 100 pounds) is excellent. don`t look for any other hotel.... 2mins from xxxxx hill underground station as well...enjoy the stay there no matters what you do in London...

ME AND MY FIANCEE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ON SATURDAY EVENING, IT WAS A TREAT FOR HER BIRTHDAY INCORPORATING PHANTOM OF THE OPERA. ON CHECKING IN I MENTIONED TO THE RECEPTIONIST ABOUT THE OCCASION AND SHE ARRANGED TO HAVE A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF WINE PUT IN OUR ROOM. WE FOUND STAFF THROUGHOUT EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. VERY NEW HOTEL WITH NO CORNERS CUT FOR COMFORT . REALLY COMFY BED WITH SOUND PROOF ROOMS SO VERY PEACEFUL.. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT , AND THE SKY LOUNGE IS A MUST VISIT, GREAT VIEWS FROM HERE. OVERALL A THOROUGHLY ENJOYABLE STAY, THIS HOTEL IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR.

room was available at 11.00am nice and basic and clean imac not working somebody came straight away and fixed it but next morning it kept going off had to keep unplugging back in and out was leaving that morning so complained when checked out otherwise would of compained earlier.

the hotel was excellent and I am struggling to fault it in anyway. I could possibly argue that the room was a little small (bathroom didnt have a bath either but the shower was fantastic) but it still had everything we needed and we were never in there anyway with so much to see and do in London. Location was decent for all access to London and in zone 1.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the mint hotel and could find no fault in it, the rooms are smaller to other hotels in the area but they were immaculatly clean, tidy and supplied free amedities, being on the 10th floor we had a fantastic view of the xxxxx of London and London bridge, the view from the roof lounge is even better and follows round to the other side of the hotel where the gerkin in right in front of you. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were happy to deal with any enquiries and fully inform you of what the hotel offers. Food was also of top quality and had plenty to chose from. Would definitely stay again and couldn`t recommend highly enough.
