Stayed for one evening whilst attended a course and was amazed that we not only had good value for money but the hotel was easy accessible to were we needed to be! Very happy and would like to return with my husband if the rates come up at similar price

"Amazing hotel! "
This hotel is a find - literaly a 2 minute walk from xxxxx hill tube station. We arrived around midday fully expecting to leave our bags as check-in isnt until 3 but we adivsed if our room was ready we could check-in earlier and indeed it was! The view from skylounge bar us amazing as well as from many of the rooms. Room was clean and had everything you could need! Staff were friendly and helpful! Will definatly return!

We had excellant stay. Food very good. Staff very attentive. Half price drinks between 5-xxxxxpm in the Fenchurch Lounge was a must! All round very good quality hotel.

This is a very moderm,comfortable hotel with great staff and very comfortable rooms - I should say however that the standard rooms are not large and have only a shower cubicle (no bath). The location next to xxxxx Bridge, near to the South Bank, and 3 minutes from the tube is ideal.

This is a very clean, modern hotel with a lovely roof terrace with panoramic views over London, a excellent base for a London stay. Continental breakfast with was included was very good.

The Hotel was very easy to find from the xxxxx Hill tube station It was very clean and the staff were very helpfull, the rooms were small but nice and very quiet. The Skylounge restaurant was dissapointing the staff never once asked if our meal was good and the steak was as tuff as old boots. The breakfast was ok but for a cooked breakfast it was £21 which is ridiculous thankfully weatherspoons is 2 mins round corner £3.50 for the same thing. All in all a nice hotel but we would not rush back.

Was not inpressed with an early morning phone call at 06:50 when I had not booked one or the cleaner trying to enter my room at 08:10 when check out is not until midday but apart form that excellent and I will stay again

"Clean modern hotel."
Very new modern hotel, efficienent friendly staff. Lovely sky lounge bar on 12 floor with fantastic views of London. 5 minuute walk from xxxxx hill tube staton which was very handy also set back in a quiet street so no obtrusive noise. Overall i would recomend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in London. Excellent value for money and allround hotel.

I particularly appreciated the interactive Apple TV in the room. I also found the breakfast delicious with a great variety of tasty options. The waiting staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

2 aduls 1 child room was booked only double room when we arrived although an extra bed was put in immediately it left the room a lot smaller,but it was only a small detail and otherwise everything was perfect and so close to tube was great.

The hotel was just as described on website and matched overall reviews I read online prior to staying at this hotel. The room as modern and clean. Comfortable. The continental breakfast was superb. And the staff were most of time very pleasant. The only hiccup was with the shower temperature. We could not turn the temperature down. The water was really hot, almost to the point of burning my skin. When we complained to the front desk, they said they were going to send somebody up to take a look at it. After 20-30 min, no one had showed up. I called them again and this time they sent someone within 10 min. Instead of offering us a new room to stay, they gave us a key to a room on the other side of the floor we we were told to "just use the shower". I found it a little disappointing for a 4* hotel. I think they should have a least offered to place us in a new room.

We stayed w/end 9th July 2011 at the Mint and having visited others this is by far the best. It look brill, Staff are friendly/helpful, rooms are good size and breakfast is plenty. Two min walk from tube. What more can you ask for. Will book here again & again

"A def hidden gem "
WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY IN THIS HOTEL. ALL STAFF ARE REALLY POLITE,FRIENDLY AND EVER SO HELPFUL. OUR ROOM WAS ON THE 8TH FLOOR WHICH WAS NOT A PROBLEM GETTING UP THERE AS HOTEL HAS 4 LIFTS AVAILABLE TO USE. ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN WITH A WONDERFUL EN-SUITE (TOILETRIES IN BATHROOM SMELT WONDERFUL). THE LARGE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND I SLEPT REALLY WELL. AND I LOVED THE FACT THE T.V / COMPUTER WAS ACTUALLY AN APPLE MAC, I NOW NEED TO BUY ONE.

The hotel was very clean and very modern , internet on your room is always a plus and the staff were very good................Skylounge is great . The only downside is the breakfast where if your not down early you end up in a long queue without all the options the early people have.............but nonetheless I would happily stay again!!
