We chose to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary in London. This is the second time we have used HotelDirect. We feel they offer a first class service. It was so easy to book, the first class train, the hotel and Theatre tickets all in one go, and the full package was amazing. Well worth the money

We booked our London theatre break with hotel direct and we`re not disappointed! Great communication, well organised and great range of hotels and shows available . Included rail tickets in the package made it easy and cost effective for our break. Definitely recommend them and will use them again!

When there was a problem with our booking going through, a real person sorted it out and emailed asap.It was a real person who phoned to check if our room request was for a double or a twin.I`m happy to book online but need the reassurance that there are humans there to solve any glitches!
