Tate Modern, Britain`s National Museum of Modern Art, is across Tower Bridge housed in the former Bankside Power Station. The West End can be swiftly reached by tube with Tower Hill tube station a 5 min. walk away. The hotel now also offers complimentary Wi-Fi in all of its guest rooms and public areas.
Getting there:
BY TUBE: Take the District or Circle Underground line to Tower Hill Station. Exit the station via the entrance on the left, go down steps and through the subway. Turn left out of the subway, walking past the Tower of London. Take the subway under the next road and then follow signs for The Tower.
BY ROAD: Head for Tower Bridge. Drive towards Tower Bridge as if crossing to the south of the river, straight over the first set of lights and do a U-turn at 2nd set of lights. After the traffic light controlled junction, turn left immediately into St Katherine`s Way and The Tower is at the end. There are 120 car parking spaces available under the hotel at an additional charge.
