"Excellent stay, lovely hotel"
Stayed here for 1 night in Feb - visiting London for special occasion. We were upgraded to Executive room (not that executive, perhaps larger than standard but appreciated the upgrade nonetheless). Hotel is perfectly situated for the ridiculously expensive tube and again located perfect for strolls into centre of town. Breakfast was plentiful and good standard. Didnt use facilities such as Spa or bar but again the fact they are there makes this even more ideal. Will return on our next London voyage
Service was excellent and it`s clear this is a hotel on the up. Two minor changes would make a great difference: the lift situation (flagged on trip advisor) could be easily addressed by upgrading the stairs: Many guests going out for the day without luggage on the first or second (or third!) floors would happily make use of the stairs. The wait for the lift is not terrible, but seems silly to go up or down one floor. The incredibly flat pillows (also flagged on trip advisor) needlessly let the overall sense of luxury down. I paid for wifi, which worked in the downstairs lobby but was extremely slow in my room. The room was immaculate and well thought out.
"Lovely hotel in great location. would use again."
Reception area was beautiful and there were plenty of facilities. Staff were helpful. Extra bed in triple room was not particularly comfortable. Overall a good experience.
We did not eat at the hotel and therefore cannot comment on the food. The room was clean and comfortable even if a little small and, presumably because it was on the first floor, rather noisy due to proximity to the kitchens. The spa pool was great and all staff friendly and helpful.

An Excellent hotel with service second to none, Whenever I travel to London from now on I will not stay anywhere else.
"Impressive from the outside but not inside!"
From arrival at the hotel the staff were superb: carried my case up entrsnce steps for me. Communal areas great. Room tiny and dated and very cold. Had to sleep with noisy heating on full blast. TV had an irritating noise, rather like it was not tuned in properly. No shower gel, body cream looked like had already been used.shower flooded bathroom as pointing outside of bath when trying to work how to turn on. Would not stay here again
