We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms although small Were clean. The hotel itself is excellent. spotless clean toilets and bars areas. The staff were so polite And friendly. The breakfast was beautiful and again the staff Were so helpfull. I would love to go back to the Kensington Close Hotel again.
"Very clean, tidy and very helpful staff"
Very pleased with our stay. Rooms and hotel are very modern. I would definitely stay again!
"very enjoyable stay"
Would thoroughly recommend to others.
"small bathroom, hairs in bath (someone elses), shower non functioning, bedroom small"
"An unpleasant hotel experience"
I did not enjoy my one night stay at this hotel. I got badly bitten on my back from something living in the pillows, although they gave me new ones when asked. The kettle leaked and had to be changed and the tv worked only now and again. The mattress was not comfortable and the bedding was poor quality. The lifts were a long way from reception, and I never found the way back to reception from my room easily without walking for a long time. The phone had buttons for room service and housekeeping but none for reeception, so when I had to report anything I had to keep going downstairs. I really wished I had chosen another hotel. Very convenient for the tube, which was the only good thing about it.
"we had a wonderful time all the staff where so friendly and helpfull"

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and a wide variety on offer for breakfast.
"Nice place to stay"
Lovely hotel, very courteous and friendly staff. Room was small standard but served our purpose of using as a base whilst spending the weekend in London. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and very reasonable price. Would stay again :-)
"Some good aspects (staff, breakfast and location) others very disappointing (bathroom, TV, noise)"
Location was very convenient for me, staff very welcoming and efficient, breakfast arrangements slick and food good. Unfortunately, waitnig times at the desk were very long, my room was noisy, bathroom very cramped (tiny sink and no room for toiletries etc,) TV turned itself on twice in the night. This was not a good experience.
"Room was comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. Don`t agree with extra charge for swimming pool"
