All of the 95 rooms at the 4* Gloucester Robinswood Hotel are decorated in a contemporary style with modern ensuite bathrooms. In-room facilities include flat-screen TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and work desk & chair. Larger Executive Rooms are also available have enhanced amenities. During their stay guests have complimentary use of the hotel`s leisure facilities which include a large heated swimming pool and children`s pool, steam room and sauna, exercise studio and fully equipped gym. Spa treatments are also available, which must be booked in advance directly with the hotel. Buffet breakfast with cooked and Continental items is served every morning from 7am-9.30am (8am-10.30am at weekends). Hotel and location:
The 4* Gloucester Robinswood Hotel is an ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds and the Forest of Dean which can be reached within 40 minutes. As well as being less than 10 minutes drive from the M5, Gloucester Railway Station is 3 miles from the hotel, 15 minutes by taxi. The hotel has plenty of onsite parking, which is free of charge to guests. The hotel is also within walking distance of Gloucester Golf Club, which is opposite the hotel and Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre is also just a couple of minutes walk away.
Getting there:
BY ROAD: Heading north-east on M5, exit at Junction 11a onto A417 towards Gloucester. At Zoons Court Roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on A417. After 0.6 miles at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Corinium Ave continue for 0.8 miles. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Eastern Ave/A38 and follow this route for 1.1 miles. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Painswick Rd/B4073 and after 0.7 miles turn right onto Matson Lane, go through 1 roundabout and then after 0.6 miles turn left onto Marlstone Close and the hotel will be on your left.
