This is the second time I`ve used HotelDirect. A diamond service that I cannot fault. From the beginning, everything was so easy and straight forward. I was kept up to date on all aspects. All tickets and info came to us as and when promised. The service took away any worries I had about visiting London. Not being a person who is savvy with computers, I found Hotel Direct very easy to use. I first chose the show I wanted to see. Then I chose the hotel and finally the train tickets. Everything is so simple, all I had to then was to print the paperwork and train tickets.

Thoroughly excellent experience. Very easy to book and communication great from hotel direct. They even emailed me the day before the stay to confirm they had contacted the hotel and confirmed all of our bookings. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.
