Not being a person who is savvy with computers, I found Hotel Direct very easy to use. I first chose the show I wanted to see. Then I chose the hotel and finally the train tickets. Everything is so simple, all I had to then was to print the paperwork and train tickets.

They even emailed me the day before the stay to confirm they had contacted the hotel and confirmed all of our bookings. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.
