All of the accommodation in the newly constructed 4* Notting Hill Apartments has been finished to a high standard, offering light contemporary spaces perfect for business and leisure travellers alike. Offering either 1 or 2 Bedroom apartments, this can accommodate up to 5 adults in the 2 Bedroom Apartments with an extra bed in the living room. All apartments offer private balconies which can be used all year round, along with a fully equipped kitchenette, tea & coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, hairdryers and toiletries. The building is accessed by a secure intercom system and there is a lift available to all apartments.
Please note: There is developments work on going in the surrounding area though not within the apartment building.

The Notting Hill Apartments offer 4* accommodation in West London located just around the corner from the famous Portobello Road. The cosmopolitan area of Notting Hill is one of London`s most desirable, with a unique bohemian charm and a fantastic selection of boutiques, vintage stores, antique shops, galleries, restaurants and bars. Every August Bank Holiday millions of people flock to the area to join in the festivities of the Notting Hill Carnival, Europe`s biggest street festival, which brings a splash of colour to the area with a distinct Caribbean feel. Ladbroke Grove Underground Station is a 5 minute walk from the apartments giving you easy access to Paddington Station in 5 minutes and Oxford Street in 30 minutes via tube. Guests taking in a performance at the Royal Albert Hall or visiting Kensington Palace will find that it is easily reachable within 30 minutes on public transport.

Getting there:
BY TUBE: From Ladbroke Grove tube station (Circle or Hammersmith and City Lines). Head north on Ladbroke Grove towards Cambridge Gardens, then turn right onto Faraday Road, the property will be on the right hand side.
BY CAR: From M1 heading south. Take the first exit on the roundabout onto Edgware Road, which then becomes the A5. Follow this road then take a right turn onto Chichele Road/A407. Make a left turn onto Dartmouth Road, then a right at the first cross street onto Lydford Road. Continue onto Sidmouth Road, then onto Chamberlayne Road and go through one roundabout, this road then takes a slight right to become Kilburn Lane/B450. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Ladbroke Grove/B450, go through another roundabout, then take a left onto Faraday Road, the apartments will be on the right hand side. From M4 heading East. Follow the M4 taking the Great West Road/A4 exit. Turn left onto Larch Drive, then left again onto Gunnersbury Avenue/A406, right onto Gunnersbury Lane and another right onto High Street. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Steyne Road/A4000, then a right onto Horn Lane, this road turns left and becomes Churchfield Road. At the roundabout take the first exit onto E Acton Lane, go through one more roundabout. Take a slight left onto Old Oak Common Lane, then use the two right lanes to take a right turn onto Westway/A40. Exit onto Wood Lane/A219 than turn right onto N Pole Road/B412, continue on this road, this will become Barlby Road, go through two roundabouts. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Ladbroke Grove/B450, then take a left onto Faraday Road, the apartments will be on the right hand side.
Check-in Information:
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Please call on +44 (0)79 508 80146 at least 1 hour prior to your arrival at the apartment. We do not have a reception desk at the apartment building but have arranged to meet you at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours (which are from 9am to 8pm) and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment. Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let them know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 8pm or before 9am, £50 before and £100 after 11pm.
