"Very nice hotel for a short stay in London"
The Resident Victoria hotel in London is an excellent hotel when you want to visit London for a few days. The rooms are not very big but fully loaded. Very good bed but quite small, very clean, quiet, small kitchen inside, nice bathroom with great big towels. Very nice and helpful staff

"Good location "
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Sadly the deluxe superior was a double room with a put you up bed, consequently we had to shuffle around the room. Nonetheless we had to manage.

"-"
Friendly helpful staff. We were supposed to a have a superior room but were put in a standard room which was too small for the 3 of us. Also the central heating was very noisy and kept waking us up, even after we turned it off completely.

"Was not expecting to pay for my room at the hotel; thought I had done so through hotels direct."
I was asked to pay Ł199 for the room when I got to the hotel. This makes the tickets VERY expensive. The couple next to us at the theatre paid half of what we did. I think there has been an error; I was under the impression I had already paid for the room via jotels direct. Please investigate and refund me for the room if applicable. If there is no error then value for money is Terri le.

"Very good service and great location"
Service was very good and I wouldn`t hesitate to book the hotel again. A couple of small niggles. We weren`t allowed to open the windows, due to "security/insurance"??. So it got little stuffy during the evening and air-con would have been too noisy all night. We will book a room that faces into the inner courtyard if we go next time. Also kitchenette facilities were great but no towel for drying dishes or washing up liquid. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.
