Kirkby Fleetham is an ideal location to use as a base for touring the surrounding area as the dales and moors are reached by car within 40 minutes. Catterick Racecourse is also nearby, just 15 minutes drive away.

Getting there:

BY CAR: From the A1 (M) follow signs for Wetherby/Manchester/Leeds/M62. At junction 51 take the exit for A6055/A684. At the roundabout take the 5th exit onto A6055/A684. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto A684. After 0.2 miles there will be another roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Leases Road and then almost immediately turn right onto Low Street. After 1.6 miles turn right onto Hergill Lane and after 0.3 miles turn left at Fleetham Lane. Continue onto Fleetham Lane for about half a mile and then make a left turn onto Forge Lane. There will be a slight left onto Lumley Lane and the hotel will be on your left.
