The hotel also overlooks the vibrant Carpet Gardens, and it is just a 10 minute walk along the Grand Parade to the famous Promenade to which runs along the town`s sandy beaches. The Victorian Royal Hippodrome Theatre is only 4 minutes walk from the hotel and the modern Congress Theatre is just minutes 10 minutes away. The hotel is also just 15 minutes walk from Eastbourne Station and has an onsite car park (chargeable) for guests. Those wishing to visit further afield will find the South Downs National Park, which is 35 miles away, a great day out for walking and enjoying the beautiful countryside.

Getting there:

BY ROAD: From the M25 Junction 7 use the left-hand lanes to take the M23(S) exit to Brighton/Crawley/Gatwick. After 1 mile merge onto the M23 and after 14 miles continue onto the A23. After approximately 16 miles use the left-hand lanes to turn slightly left. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A27 slip road to Lewes/Newhaven and merge onto the A27. After 5.8 miles at the roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on the A27. After 2 miles at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on the A27. At Beddingham Roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on A27. After 5 miles use any lane to turn right onto Eastbourne Road/A2270. At Willingdon Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Kings Drive/A2021 and continue for the next mile. At Rodmill Roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on Kins Drive, follow this route for a further mile. At Bedfordwell Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Upper Avenue/A2040 and then at Upper Avenue Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Upper Avenue and continue onto Cavendish Place. Turn right onto Grand Parade and the hotel will be on your right.
BY TRAIN Head north Eastbourne Railway onto Terminus Road and follow this road, making a slight left and then turn left to stay on Terminus Road. Continue on and make a slight right to stay on Terminus Road until you reach Grand Parade, which will be a left turn and you will see the hotel on your left.
