The 4* DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa has 184 classically designed modern rooms. All include free Wi-Fi, 49-inch flat-screen TV, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities and ensuite bathrooms with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. During their stay guests can enjoy Spa and pool facilities for an hour per day. This includes 12.5mtr indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room as well as fully equipped gym. Spa treatments or extra pool sessions should be arranged directly with the hotel. Frederick`s Lounge Bar is open throughout the day for drinks, snacks and Afternoon Tea. More formal dining is available every evening in Carter Champagne Bar & Grill.

Built in 1889 and sitting on eight acres of gardens, this hotel combines its historic features and magnificent views with modern hotel amenities. As well as spending time in historic Harrogate, guests can also reach York and Leeds easily by train in around 30 minutes.

Getting there:

BT TRAIN: From Harrogate Station exit onto Princes St and turn left onto James St. Turn right at Cambridge Rd and then turn left towards Parliament St/A61. Turn right onto Parliament St/A61 and walk a little until you turn right again onto Springfield Ave. Turn right a final time and the hotel is on your right.
BY CAR: Exit A1(M) at junction 45 for the A659 to Wetherby/Otley. Continue to follow A168 for approximately 1 mile and then follow A661 for 8.5 miles. At Empress Roundabout take the 2nsd exit onto Skipton Road/A59. Turn left onto Grove Road and then left again onto King`s Road. Turn right onto Springfield Avenue and after 0.2 miles turn left and then right for the hotel.
