Getting there:BY TRAIN: From Birmingham New Street Station, exit onto Station Street. Folow this route and make a slight left onto Hill Street. Turn right onto Albany Way and the hotel will be on the left.
BY CAR: From the M6. Leave the M6 at Junction 6 to take the A38(M) towards Birmingham (E&C). Continue onto Aston Expressway/A38 and after 1.3 miles take the exit towards New Street. Continue onto Suffolk Street Queensway and turn left onto Suffolk Place. Turn right onto John Bright Street. Turn right again onto St Jude`s Passage which leads onto Albany Way and the hotel will be on the right.

"Central,  clean and happy staff"
That says it all. We loved Birmingham too and had excellent meals; Greek at Mythos and Lebanese at Compton.

Room was opposite lift, people coming home at midnight, one o`clock, two o`clock, even 4.30am, all verynoisy, had a good drink, and not mindful of people sleeping, two poor nights sleep. Apart from cocktail happy hours drinks prices ridiculously high, no wonder people go out to pubs for a drink. Breakfast very good

"A good, standard hotel "
Conveniently and very centrally located hotel, nice and cosy lobby, super fast check in, comfy rooms, strong WiFi signal. 
Area for improvement: bar menu vividly displayed around the hotel doesn`t reflect what`s available. The bartender didn`t bother to offer an alternative, so decided to enjoy drinks somewhere different.

"Nice Clean Hotel, Ideally Located With Helpful Staff "
Found hotel was situated very close to Birmingham New Street Station which was great. Hotel was also close to the Bull Ring Shopping Centre and was an ideal base from which to explore the local sites of Birmingham. Found the hotel and my room to be nicely furnished/ decorated and clean. Staff on reception and on the bar, as well as in the breakfast area, were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Had a nice time at this hotel, so based on my experience, would definitely visit this hotel again!

Directions provided to walk from the Railway Station to the Hotel were very poor resulting a long walk that was not required as the hotel was only a short walk from the station.

"Very, clean & very welcoming staff"
Had a very pleasant stay, was in Birmingham for the Great Birmingham run and loved my stay here. Staff were helpful and the hotel was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
