All of the 93 rooms at the 4* Holiday Inn Watford Junction are comfortably furnished and have a bright décor and are fully air-conditioned. In-room amenities include flat-screen TV, for Wi-Fi, work desk, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and ensuite bathroom. There is a Fitness Centre on the 1st floor which guests have complimentary use of during their stay between 8am & 9pm (guests must book a time slot with Reception). A generous buffet breakfast with hot and cold items is available every morning from 6.30am-9am and 7am-10am at weekends. The ground floor Open Lobby Bar is open throughout the day offering drinks and light snacks and coffee from the Costa coffee bar. The 4* Holiday Inn Watford Junction is centrally located, just a 4-minute walk from Watford Junction Station. Trains run regularly to London Euston with a 20-minute journey time and Heathrow and Luton airports are both approximately a 30-minute drive. This hotel is also a convenient location from which to visit the surrounding area. The Warner Bros Studios where visitors can take The Making of Harry Potter Tour is approximately a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Whipsnade Zoo is also less than 30 minutes by car. Cheslyn House and Gardens is 1.5 miles, a 6-minute drive where visitors can enjoy a peaceful stroll amongst the 3.5 acres exotic plants and sculptures.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Watford Junction Station, walk towards Station Road and then turn right onto Station Road and then left onto Verulam Passage. After 0.1 miles turn left onto Shady Lane and then almost immediately turn left again and you will be at the hotel.
BY ROAD: Heading southwest on the M25, exit at junction 18 and take the A404 exit to Amersham/Chorleywood/Rickmansworth. After 0.3 miles keep left at the fork and merge onto Rickmansworth Rd/A404. Continue to follow A404 and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Park Rd/A412. After 0.3 miles at the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on Park Rd/A412. Continue for 0.6 miles and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Watford Rd/A412. After 1.3 miles at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Rickmansworth Rd/A412 and continue straight to stay on Rickmansworth Rd/A412. After 1.6 miles turn right onto Station Rd. After 0.2 miles Station Rd turns slightly left and becomes Clarendon Rd. Turn right onto Shady Lane, turn right and then right again and you will be at the hotel.
