As is the style of the Indigo brand, the 4* Hotel Indigo Dundee, on the site of a 19th century linen mill, is designed to reflect aspects of the history of the building and surrounding area. The industrial bare brick and timber flooring representing the hotel`s industrial heritage are complimented by the elegant furnishings and textiles of the bedrooms. All rooms have modern ensuite bathrooms with luxurious toiletries and bathrobes. As well as being fully air-conditioned, they have Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and flat-screen TV. During their stay guests also free have use of the hotel`s 24 gym. Daisy Tasker Bistro which continues the industrial theme is open for breakfast and serves dinner every evening The menu offers seasonal flavours to traditional Scottish dishes in a relaxed, informal style.

Located in Dundee city centre and less than 1 mile from the railway station, the 4* Hotel Indigo Dundee is a great base from which to discover the history and culture on offer. Famous for its history of textile design and manufacturing, Dundee was designated a UNESCO City of Design in December 2014. The V&A Dundee in the regenerated waterside area is free to enter and is less than 15 minutes from the hotel. The city also has a vibrant nightlife with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Visitors attending a performance at the city`s Whitehall Theatre will find it is approximately 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Dundee Railway Station exit onto Riverside Drive and continue onto Dock Street. Follow Castle Street and then turn left back onto Dock Street. Turn right onto Commercial St/Dock St and then make a slight left onto S Marketgait. After 0.2 miles turn left onto E Marketgait and continue for 0.1 miles onto Seagate. Turn left onto St Roque`s Lane and then right onto Constable St. Almost immediately turn left for the hotel.
BY CAR: Heading north-west on M90 exit at junction 8 and take the A91 exit to St Andres/Glenfarg. After 0.9 miles continue onto A91 and follow this route for the next 10.8 miles. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto A92 and continue for the 11.2 miles. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A92. After 1.3 miles at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A92. After a further 1.3 miles at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Tay Road Bridge/A92. After 1.5 miles keep right to continue on A92 for 0.3 miles. Turn left onto E Marketgait/A991 and at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Seagate. Turn left onto St Roque`s Ln and then right onto Constable Street. Almost immediately turn left again for the hotel.
