The Mercure Paris Opera Lafayette is located in hte popular Opera district of Paris, just 15-minutes by Metro from Gard du Nord station and the Eurostar Terminal. Musee Grevin, the popular wax museum, is only a 6 minute walk away. 9 minutes walk in the opposite direction is the Musee du Chocolat, a chocolate themed museum. The extravagant Paris Opera House is an 18 minute walk away from the hotel. The Louvre is a 23 minute walk away or 17 minutes by metro and The Eiffel Tower is reachable in 32 minutes on the Metro.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Gare du Nord station take Metro Line 4 towards Bagneux - Lucie Aubrac. Alight at Strasbourg -Saint Denis, 3 stops. Take the stairs for exit 4 onto Boulevard de Bonne Nouvelle and continue along to a right turn onto Rue du Faubourg Poissonniere. Turn left onto Rue Bergere and then right onto Rue de Trevise for the hotel.
