"A good place for a short stay "
The hotel is inviting and has a modern reception/foyer/dining and bar area. The location is perfect! It is walking distance to the bus/DLR and uber ferry. Within minutes of going to our room, we realised the lever for the plug wasn`t working so we requested another room and this was acted upon quickly. Our new room, had a similar issue with the plug release and we let the front desk know but we didn`t want to move again. We also felt that the two rooms we went in/stayed in could do with an upgrade. After a good night`s sleep in the very firm beds we went down to the breakfast area and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast choices were very good and catered for a lot of people. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one but I don`t think we`ll return.
Pros: location, very firm beds and breakfast
Cons: separate bathroom and toilet, plug release system, slow drainage and water pressure was poor when using the shower

"Destination great! Room not as good."
I had booked two
Nights room was not cleaned as I had requested on my arrival. I had to chase around for towels and bin bags and the room was a double instead of two single beds. Otherwise staff helpful and did provide a hot drink before we left Saturday at 1 pm. I have stayed in this hotel
Previously and have rated it highly. A little disappointed this visit.

It was ok. Not the cleanest, not the best designed but it was ok. Filling the kettle from the bathroom sink requires a skill as it took ages! We stayed for two nights and I asked for more water and coffee. Only clean cups and one bottle was given.
My daughter is in a wheelchair and our accessible room was still hard to move in.
The car park for the hotel is free with a blue badge. The staff are lovely

"Great location "
The Novotel is one of my favourite hotels and the staff are very efficient and friendly.
The rooms vary regarding modernisation, ours was fairly tired but the beds were comfy, the linen was clean and the breakfast was excellent.
The bar doesn`t stay open for guests past 23:30hrs which caught a lot of guests out as it`s advertised as midnight.
The location was great for getting around and finding things to do. We didn`t want to be in central London and as this hotel is right next to the station with really frequent trains and buses, perfect for the night out.

"Brilliant location, great staff & nice hotel too"
Really handy for overground and DLR, perfect for exploring Greenwich and helpful staff at every turn. The only issue was the TV didn`t work - reported but not fixed.

Staff polite helpful and room very quiet and nice position for my journey out. I would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed the Sauna and the Bathroom very good. Breakfast nice and good choices. Thank- you Mrs Jacqueline Forbes.

Room and decor tired. Bathroom cramped and badly laid out with the daftest tap ever.we came to Novotel Greenwich several times a few years ago so the very small breakfast buffet area was a shock.

"Good hotel"
Polite staff.
Excellent breakfast, worth paying the extra.
Well located near to DLR. approx 50 mins to Leicester Sq.
Well located in Greenwich for Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory, Queens House, Greenwich Market. All within 10-15 minute walk.

Comfortable hotel & room. Drawers in room need to be cleaned and underneath table!
Good choice at breakfast. Food could have been hotter.
Hotel temperature too hot.
