The Lapa Palace hotel has 109 rooms over 3 different sections. The Palace Wing offers unique rooms with individual Portuguese styling, from 18th century classical to art deco. The Garden Wing and the Villa have more modern décor whilst still being elegant and luxurious. All rooms are bright and spacious, complete with air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and ensuite marble bathrooms. Most rooms have a balcony, and views overlooking the garden and pool, down town Lisbon, or the Tagus River. There are 2 pools on site, including a heated indoor pool next to the spa and an outdoor pool with children`s pool. The Lapa Palace Spa has a range of treatments available including massages, facials, hairdressing and manicures, and features a sauna and Turkish bath (pay for). If you fancy a workout, there is a modern gym fully equipped with cardio equipment and weight machines. If you are looking for some good quality food, the Lapa restaurant is highly recommended. It offers Mediterranean food with Italian flavours and Portuguese influence, packed full of ambience and features live Portuguese guitar music in the evenings. For light bites by the pool, Le Pavilion restaurant and bar is open during the summer months, or sample the Rio Tejo Bar, the perfect meeting place after a hard days sightseeing, and room service is also available. There is a fully equipped business centre and should you need to keep the kids entertained, there is the Lapa Palace Film Library.

On a hilltop overlooking the Tagus River, this luxurious 5* hotel was previously a private residence built in 1870, and converted to a hotel in 2010. Located in the Embassy district, surrounded by beautiful palaces and noble homes, you will feel like you have been transported to a time of great fortune and nobility during your stay at the Lapa Palace, perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Within a 10 minute walk are the National Museum of Ancient Art and A Barraca Theatre, a perfect stop for a spot of history and culture. Rossio Square, the historical centre of Lisbon, and the Santa Justa Elevator are within 3km of the hotel. If you are looking for a sightseeing break and enjoy city walks, then the Estrela district is full of architecture and history, with one of Lisbon`s most loved landmarks, the 18th century Basílica da Estrela.

BY CAR: From Lisbon Airport - Get on 2ª Circular/E1 from Av. Berlim. Head west on Av. Berlim. Use the left lane to merge onto 2ª Circular/E1 via the slip road to IC19/Sintra/EIXO Norte-Sul
Follow 2ª Circular/E1 and IP7 to Av. Ceuta. Take the exit towards Zona Portuária Alcãntara/P. Espanha from IP7. Merge onto 2ª Circular/E1. Take the A2 Sul exit towards Eixo N-S/Sete Rios
