"Not quite as what was expected"
A couple of weeks before booking hotel was changed. We chose the Novotel out of the two that were offered as it said superior room. That `superior` room was a room for people with disabilities! Pillows seemed clean but stained. However, the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing.

"Enjoyed our stay! "
We were early booking in and were given an upgrade as our room wasn`t ready, much appreciated as my husband was getting tired from the trip across town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this hotel again. The bar only had malt whiskies and high priced gins and vodkas zo drinking there was expensive

"We enjoyed it."
We visited London specifically to go to Greenwich for 2 full days, not in a panic to get everything done at a rush. I use a mobility scooter which proved no problem. The 2 Customer Service staff on duty on the Saturday and Sunday mornings were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The staff in general were very friendly and efficient. Altogether an enjoyable weekend.
