"Very Mediocre"
Value for money definitely lacking in comparison with other similar standard hotels that we have personally stayed at. Staff of a very lack lustre attitude along with dour facial appearances in certain areas, which to us indicated dissatisfaction with their jobs. Noise issues from contractors working on the property which was reported to reception who did arrange eventually for work to cease after my insistence as fee paying guests. Pricing for breakfast is certainly not value for money and we encountered total confusion amongst staff as to what had been ordered by guests and the request for additional cutlery which should be on the table in the first place. Service charge against everything, including myself waiting at the bar to be served and then being charged a service fee to be served. Unbelievable. Overall would certainly not wish to frequent this establishment again.

"Lovely central hotel"
We booked this hotel as we were watching a show at the Palace Theatre. We really enjoyed our stay, the Palace Theatre is only minutes walk away. There are nice bars and places to eat very close to the hotel but saying that the hotel has an amazing restaurant. We found all the staff to be pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless. We spent time in the bar after we had watched the show and again found staff to be helpful and friendly we were always served quickly. There is a lovely spa but sadly we didn`t have time to try this out. Check out is 11am which is a tad early given you`ve had a late night,
