"Well looked after."
We had a very comfortable stay. The only issue we had was when we checked out. They tried to charge us a second time, when we had already paid upfront. The manager resolved the issue quickly.

The hotel is really good and the staff too are excellent. The only negative is the distance to the city centre. It takes around 15 minutes to walk in. If you are happy for a walk then there is nothing to criticise. Maybe you need to be aware of this before booking. The start are very knowledgeable and they are prepared to go out of their way to help you

Love the HIE formula; comfy bed with great little thoughtful touches from the bathroom `night` light, mini ironing board and a decent hairdryer all help make the traveller feel at home.
