"Good service and excellent location"
Arriving by rail it was just across the road . Reception very good , helpful . Food very good too , although they seemed a bit short staffed for breakfasts . Would definitely use again .

Booked the hotel as a surprise 60th birthday trip for my wife. The staff were really friendly and helpful.Thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip and can`t wait to return to Edinburgh

"Whilst hotel is in a good position for visiting Edinburgh would not stay there again."
Room was small and had limited storage as no drawer and wardrobe very small. Had problems with toilet flush system. Staff were efficient and helpful although we were surprised to have to book a seat in the bar so went elsewhere.. Bathroom door did not close properly
