Room and hotel facilities:

All of the 110 rooms at the 3* ibis Styles York Centre, which were refurbished in 2025 are fully air-conditioned and have contemporary decor. Amenities include free Wi-fi, tea & coffee making facilities, flat-screen TV and hairdryer. Hot buffet breakfast, which can be added during the booking process, is served every morning and there is a fully licensed bar.

Hotel and location:

The 3* ibis Styles York Centre is less than 10 minutes walk from the railway station and a great location from which to explore the city. Popular landmarks such as York Minster, one of the UK`s oldest cathedrals, can be reached easily on foot. Visitors can also follow a walking route along the historic walls, surrounding the city since Roman times. No visit to York is complete without a stroll along The Shambles and a stop at on the city`s many tea rooms.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From York station exit onto Station Road and continue onto Queen Street. Turn right onto Bloom Street. Continue to follow Bloom Street which leads onto The Mount for the hotel.
BY CAR: From A1(M) exit at junction 44 for A64 to York. Follow this route and take the York(SW)/A1036 exit. Continue onto Tadcaster Rd Dringhouses/A1036 and follow this route. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and continue to follow A1036 to the hotel which will be on the right
