Hotel Direct were amazing from start to finish. So easy to book and great communication, for the price we paid for the whole trip it was amazing, highly recommend 5*. We had National express coach return, 1 night stay in the President Hotel and tickets to Sister Act.

All questions we had were answered and, once a booking made, confirmation came through quickly with clear instructions as to what `paperwork` would be needed where.Even more impressive was an email from Hotel Direct the day before our stay just confirming they`d checked our booking with the hotel!A relief to find a company with no hidden agenda and no last minute alterations to our booking.
