The 4* Macdonald Windsor has 120 individually styled rooms that blend Georgian elegance with modern amenities. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with Elemis toiletries and hairdryers. In-room amenities include free Wi-Fi, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, and in-room safe. Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms also include Nespresso machines and bath robes & slippers. The hotel`s restaurant Caleys Brasserie is open every evening for dinner and guests can also enjoy Afternoon Tea served in quintessentially English surroundings. PLEASE NOTE:Due to external renovations there will be scaffolding outside the hotel until June2024 restricting views from Castle View rooms.

Just two minutes walk from Windsor Castle the 4* Macdonald Windsor Hotel is an elegant Georgian townhouse in the centre of the historic royal town. As well as exploring the castle visitors can stroll along The Long Walk, part of Windsor Great Park and gardens. Visitors can also stroll through the town and along the Thames to Eton, approximately a 20 minutes walk. Royal Windsor Racecourse is a 25 minute walk or 7 minute drive. Windsor & Eton Central Station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, making visits to Central London an easy journey of about 40 minutes. Legoland Windsor is also close by just a 10 minute drive .

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Windsor & Eton Central Station exit the station and walk towards the High Street a Windsor Royal Station Shopping Centre. Turn right onto High Street and the hotel will be on the right.
BY CAR: heading east on M4 exit at junction 6 and take the A355 exit to Slough/Central/Windsor/A332. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit not A355 and after 0.5 miles continue onto Royal Windsor Wy/A332. Continue for 1.2 miles and then turn left onto Clarence Rd. Go through 1 roundabout and after 0.5 miles continue onto Victoria St. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Sheet St/B30222. Continue to follow this route for 0.2 miles and the hotel will be on the left.
