I thought that Days Inn provided free parking to guests but found that there was a 30 pound change for parking when we arrived and checked in. Also found that the toliet in the washroom was loose an leaked water onto the floor, reported this to the manager.

"great value for money great staff"

absolute bargain, staff were very accommodating when i requested extra coffee sachets- i didn`t get a chance to eat there, but there are plenty of off licenses 2 seconds down the road for a quick bottle of wine. great stay. would recommend that when they push two single beds into a double, that they use a mattress topper to disguise the `middle` edges of the two mattresses, as they can be a nuisance.

"very noisy"

Extremely noisy hotel. Windows opened but couldn`t be closed. Wet room had the smallest sink I`ve seen and thw water pressure was abysmal. Staff were ok but should be better informed about the location of public transport. I certainly wouldn`t stay here again.

"Lovely stay for a cheap price"

Only stayed in London for one night and had a budget for a hotel. For the price I didn`t expect a lot but it had everything we needed and more. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, had a nice shower with clean towels, a tv, safe, kettle, a bar. There`s shops up the road and a tube station nearby. Was in a very convenient area and enjoyed our night. Don`t judge a book by its cover, this hotel was one of the best I have stayed in!

"A great hotel"

This is a very good hotel to stay at. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Carpets a bit dated and looked like they needed cleaning in the halls but rooms clean. Free Wi Fi which you don`t get at many U.K. hotels. Would stay there again.

"Nice hotel, shame about the aircraft noise!"

A nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious and modern. Good position for underground. Let down by the noise from low flying planes into Heathrow.

Being from Australia we don`t like flies on food. Meats should be covered to prevent this. breakfast was good value.

"Overall a great experience"

Overall we had a wonderful experience in the Days Hotel Hounslow. The staff was nice, the beds were clean, our rooms were cleaned each day, it was a five minute walk from the underground station, and a ten minute walk from Asdas. The only complaint I have is the the hall outside of our room smelled bad for some reason. Our room, however, smelled fine and the windows opened to let in fresh air if we wanted.

"Exceptional service"

We had a bit of an emergency in the early hours and required an ambulance (nothing to do with the hotel) and the support from the hotel management was excellent. The hotel rooms are also clean and well maintained. Would definately stay again although would hope that the next stay will be less eventful.

"Clean and tidy with good size rooms, few short comings"

Straight forward what you see is what you get, good size rooms and close to tube. Could have done with pen in the room to fill out room service form, can be a little noisey too and not enough cushions.

"EXCELLENT CHOICE"

We chose this hotel as it was close to Twickenham and then only a 30 tube into Knightsbridge area. It was a bank holiday weekend, therefore the hotels in town were a ridiculous amount of money! The Days Hotel in Hounslow was excellent value. Now IF I wanted to be really picky, you would say that the room carpet was `tired` and there were a couple of white paint marks on the burgundy red wall - but this is being really picky as the the bedding and towels were clean and fresh and despite not putting the sign out the bed was made and towels refreshed on our return! Now the hotel staff were absolutely amazing - the bar states an 11:30 / 12:00 close - rubbish! If you want a drink they will stay there all night and did for some of the guests one night!! And whats more they were still there smiling at breakfast, incredible!! We will be having to go back to London soon and will most definitely be staying there again.

"A reasonably priced hotel - good for Twickenham and Heathrow "

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay but I don`t think I would choose to stay longer. The bedroom was fine for 3 people but although I found the mattress comfortable the bed `swam` around even with the slightest movement giving the feeling I was in a small boat ! only one very thin pillow each supplied but they were very helpful and delivered more when requested. Bathroom could do with a little work - shower grout a bit shabby but not too bad.The carpark is very small and was full when we arrived which meant parking in a town carpark which was a bit of a pain.The staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel is ideal for Twickenham (catch the bus 200y straight to the stadium) Heathrow. We did not eat in but there is Breakfast and evening meal available.

"Fantastic Staff..."

I only used the hotel for an overnight stay due to the proximity of Heathrow airport. The staff are brilliant and overly accommodating. The rooms are basic but clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Would definitely use again in the future.

"Our stay at Days Hotel Hounslow"

Facilities are good except with the hiccup with our check in. We were asked to move to nearby rose mount hotel which had far inferior facilities and so we headed back to Days Hotel Hunslow to ask for a room and we were finally given one.

"Heating was not working . "

Heating was not working and when told them that heating was not working they gave a heater which also stopped working around 2 Am. There were cracks in the Wash basin. In short my experiance with them was awful.

"Price, Presentation & Package"

The hotel as a package is a good price, very nicely decorated and kept clean and convenient for the underground picadilly line. We would definately consider this hotel again and recommend.

"Noisy during the day on the side of the hotel where big construction work going on. "

But of course quiet at night. Might wake someone up in the morning. Personally it didn`t bother me as I was so tired from running around London all day. If you are going to stay in the hotel all day (which is not likely in London) make sure you ask for room on opposite side of hotel. Hotel clean, friendly, helpful staff. 2 minutes walk to tube station on Piccadilly line! Very reasonable price.

Very good value for money. The service in the restaurant was not wonderful, but other than this the hotel was excellent. We needed a place to stay while sightseeing in London, its really close to the tube station and is perfect for what we needed

Good priced hotel given its proximity to London. Our room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom and the added benefit of a safe for valuables. Staff helpful. Breakfast fair quality and plenty of it but expensive. The tube station was just a couple of minutes away and as it`s on the Picaddily line we only had to get one train into the centre which was a bonus. We were also pleasanly suprised that we heard no noise from Heathrow despite being on the flightpath, and the blackout curtains worked a treat. On the downside, however, the food was expensive and the carpark extremely small and out car got covered in debris from the trees we had to park under.

"Great service"

I, along with my wife and son, stayed at the Days Hotel in Hounslow for 2 days. We were surprised at the good service and helpfulness of the staff there, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable, beds were great and we were all pleased with our stay there. I will certainly use this hotel again when in the area. There is a lot of aircraft noise in this area, however whilst in the hotel I can`t even remember hearing a single plane! A great place to stay.
