"Hotel "Z" Victoria"

No wardrobe and very limited space as the room was tiny however it was clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Room temp was to hot for our liking and the aircon pushed out warm air and forget about any privacy when doing your ablutions. OK for a couple of nights but don`t plan on doing to much shopping as there is no where to store it.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, great location,downside is the rooms are extremely small especially the lower ground rooms. I booked a queen room but I,m afraid it`s not what you expect for a queen side,there are no wardrobes to hang your clothes,the bed is pushed hard against the wall,no space at all,very modern but very claustrophobic

"beautiful hotel and staff will do anything for you!"

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were brilliant. My mum and myself realised that the pillows were feathered which is a problem for us as we are both allergic but it was no issue for the staff to change. Very friendly. Would stay again.

"Couldn`t fault this hotel "

Friendly and helpful staff, very tentative and willing to go out of their way for guests, couldn`t fault the hotel very clean and location is great. Would dehonatelly stay at this hotel again if planning a trip to London in the future.

Will def.ly recommend this hotel. The only thing needed is maybe more than one plug socket in each room

"I was given the key to my room nothing was said upon arrival that it was a disabled room, "

This hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful,, I was just dissapointed that my room was a disabled room and nothing was mentioned to me on arrival,, if I had wanted a disabled room I would of wanted one and common descency would of told your guests that you have a disabled room, I have no other complaint than this it may be able to help with further guests visiting this hotel in the future

The hotel is in a good location being close to Victoria tube station. It is a new and modern hotel and I was surprised when I found the room had no window. This was not really a problem though as most hotels you cannot open the window and the time that you are in the room is only at night. The room was compact but very clean and modern so great for a short break or one night stay.

"Really enjoyed our nights stay - the unlimited free cheese and wine was a welcome surprise !"

We arrived earlier than the checking in time but a room was sorted for us to get ready for our afternoon in London. Our `inner` room was very clean but compact - fine for me and my daughter but husband would have felt claustrophobic so I might try a different type of room next time. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble ! The free wine and cheese (lovely presentation)was very good quality and I was surprised at the range of cheeses available. Didn`t book breakfast but wish we had - it looked wonderful ! Thank you.

"Poor breakfast "

Rooms uncomfortable small with no windows. Would have like a English breakfast which wasn`t available but was offered a bacon sandwich which when given was cold and obviously been cooked much earlier and left on the side waiting for someone to order one.

The hotel and the staff was lovely, although The constant train vibration wasn`t so nice Hotel direct Booked us a room with no window and booked Us tickets on a half price kids day so that was A little off putting when the little was was munching Away and fidgeting. So not entirely happy but Overall a lovely two day break

fantastic hotel, complimentary wine and cheese was a really nice surprise as well as ice cream, superb location right near 2 theatres. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and made our stay even better!!

"Brilliant, friendly service with good facilities "

Had a lovely stay. The room was well furnished including a spacious shower and comfy bed. It had been recently painted and smelled strongly, but upon mentioning to reception they offered complimentary breakfast, which was excellent.

"Excellent hospitality. "

Good quality accomodation in a good location. Clean and simple rooms that are small but functional. What makes this hotel excel is the excellent hospitality of all the staff. Very friendly and welcoming and very genuine. Very impressed that cheese and wine evening is complimentary. Very nice touch and a way to promote a social atmosphere between travelling guests and staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

"ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND at the Z HOTEL ...... GREAT"

We love this hotel. The staff are amazing. Very welcoming, courteous and very helpful. There is only one negative and that is the size of the room. I am sure it was smaller than our last visit. I did pay what I thought was a full rate. This was £32 MORE THAN OUR LAST VISIT TWO YEARS AGO. The cheese and wine buffet at the end of the day was brilliant. The breakfast at £9.50 per person was excellent. We hope to visit this hotel again. X

Clean modern and friendly but, The room was so small you couldnt swing a mouse in it , and the reception was also the bar and eating area , I was eating breakfast with people checking out behind me . I know it was london central but well overpriced for what you got

"Box room"

The hotel itself was immaculate could not fault it. The staff were very welcoming, the cleanliness of the hotel was also immaculate however the double room was very small, was disturbed by the lift and did not get a good night sleep. Also the bed was against the wall so didn`t get the full potential of Queen size bed.

"what an amazing find!"

Great hotel, the staff couldn`t have been more helpful and friendly. Lovely compact room with everything you need, including beautiful thick fluffy towels!! The complimentary cheese and wine was a fantastic touch and they just kept refilling our glasses!! Really cannot fault this hotel :-)

"Comfortable but small"

Very happy and surprised with a room upgrade to a Queen room with not one, but 2 windows! Shame the room was too small for two people

"Fantastic stay, great location and we will defiantly return."

We were upgraded to an outside room. Room was spotless and all facilities were provided. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The free wine and cheese buffet was excellent.

If you are a sports fan your in luck they have sky sports and more in the rooms showers and bed are brilliant best nights sleep I`ve had in ages would be more then happy to return again

Very small rooms but modern and clean and perfect for us. We were able to check in an hour earlier and leave an hour later to suit our bus times. Only improvement needed in rooms is somewhere to hang out wet towels after showering.

"Extremely helpful and attentive staff"

Superb hotel, great location, we felt completely at ease. Previous comments about the noise from the underground did not effect us, but if you are sensitive to traffic noise it might. We would have no hesitation in staying there again

"great place to stay."

Friendly staff. Clean Rooms. There`s a quirkiness to the whole place which makes it what it is. Great breakfast at a good price. Complimentary tea and coffee through the day, with complimentary wine and cheese in the evening. Couldn`t ask for more!
