"Super spot"
We were more than happy with this hotel. Perfectly situated on The Circle Line. Lovely and clean. Our daughters room was super ours was smaller but perfectly adequate for a three night stay. SUPER nice staff. Really helpful and smiley. Great breakfast and again lovely waitresses. Very very happy people.

"Couldnt Swing my cat!!"
We booked an executive suite in this hotel hoping that we would get a room with generous space as we were travelling with my son who is a wheelchair user, this hotel is definately not disabled friendly! steps into the entrance which we had to lift child and wheelchair up, no offer or a ramp or assistance at reception even thought they could see we were struggling! yes they have a lift which you can barely fit one wheelchair in, the corridor was very narrow which made navigating it difficult and upon entering the room you were met with the sofa bed, no-where to park a wheelchair and you had to walk sideways just to get past it! Had I booked a cheap hotel and cheap room I would have expected a matchbox type room but we paid £265.00 for one night! The only positive was that the breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. have to say that next time I will stick to the premier inn, free breakfast and space!
