"Nice stay!"

We had a really nice room and the staff was very friendly. Just the breakfast was not really to my satisfaction and the air condition is quite loud at night.

Arrived back from the theatre to find our bed was wet. Appear to be some damp stains on the ceiling above the bed which I believe leaked into our bed. Also a wet patch on the floor behind door and on my clothes which were left on bed..told reception. They gave us a new room with no apology and no help offers to move our luggage. On moving down stairs to our new room we noticed the stairs were blocked with big bags and workmans equipment. Major fire risk as the only other way up was lift. Could see no fire exit signs anywhere. Went for breakfast at 9.30 which consisted of bread with no toaster to warm the bread and one breakfast tea bag left. I had a glass of Juice and one cold mini croissant. Very poor.

More storage/ shelving needed and more plug sockets otherwise a cosy and clean place to stay whilst visiting London.
