"Well deserving of it`s Five Star rating."

The Hotel was a joy to use. It`s fantastic location in Leicester Square and it`s proximity to the Theatre made our stay memorable. Our room was perfect and the breakfast was all we could have wished for. We would certainly consider staying there again.

"Looked nice, situation would have been perfect...would have liked to stay there!!!"

Be careful! `Hotel Direct Arrival Assurance` had "double-checked and re-confirmed"my booking @10:33am the hotel had no room for us @2:50pm but had booked us a room at a Radisson hotel 7 mins walk away (in the wrong direction) and one star lighter! Check-in staff were polite, but ill prepared for dealing with a (predictably) disgruntled guest. A substantial upgrade at the new hotel may have eased the blow, the offer of a complimentary drink in their bar didn`t! neither did a taxi from the new hotel to the show! Hotel Direct,after a 40 min call,although reassuring me that the hotel`s `overbooking` was `totally unacceptable` were unable to offer assistance or alternative to accepting the move, eventually a 10% refund was offered, `all we can do` After a lot of hassle, moving rooms,contact with several (very polite but ineffectual) staff from both hotels,a £40 refund to cover the difference in room rate between the hotels. I won`t be booking with Hotel Direct or Radisson again.

"Fantastic hotel"

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location central for everything. the staff at the hotel were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms are really good, very clean, housekeeping staff are very good.

"Amazing besides charge "

Never really been to hotels but when got here had to pay 10 percent charge which meant had no money to go out for drinks and food although you get money back should have been notified about this. It is stunning none the less and how they treat you is amazing best.
