"Facilities"

Thank you for requesting of feedback. We would be happy to provide one with ours thanks for service, comfortable room, welcoming and friendly staff and nice breakfast. Only one thing we would like to poin. As an English-Russian couple, we are used to have a drink of coffee or tea in very every ocasion. And we were surprised that after long and tedious journey we could not enjoy our favorite drinks and were need to make several request to get one. We are happy to admit that we have received good value for ours money. Certainly we would come back on next our visit to Paris. Kind regards Mrs Elena Pavlova-Jeanes

"Excellent location, Very clean, rooms small, friendly helpfull staff"

Enjoyed a three night stay, Close to Metro St George for easy access to City. Some rooms very small and noisy at front. Plenty of local restaurants within easy walking distance - Rue des Martyrs has good choice.

"not what we saw on screen"

we booked this hotel for its boutiquey look but the room we had was tiny and very average - nothing like what we`d seen in the pictures. The lift was tiny and scary to go up in. The desk staff were unhelpful - one refusing to help me print out our plane ticket from the internet and another booking an airport car for us that he didn`t explain took on others passengers as it made its way. We almost missed our flight as a result - we had made our timings very clear. All in all, for the money we didn`t get either the accommodation or the service. Disappointing.

"smallish rooms but overall very good"

i found my room to be very small but very clean and modern. the hotel itself is very modern and stylish. it has a great looking bar, it`s a shame they dont use it. the cleaners and reception desk do not understand the use of the "do not disturb signs" that you hang off your door. i was frequently disturbed. 6 times in one hour!!! all i wanted was to have a lay in whilst on my mini holiday. unfortunately that didn`t happen. overall, GOOD!

"Hotel in lively Pigalle / Moulin Rouge area. Easy to find and user friendly."

Hotel was easy to find and accessible. There was parking within 5 minutes walk of hotel. Hotel was in good order and was clean throughout. Room was quite compact, but offered what we wanted with en suite bathroom. Ideal situation for anyone going to Stade de France - just a short tube ride and train connection to the stadium.

"Not too sure!"

It took us for 2 hours to find what road this hotel was on! When we finally found the street...we thought was it actually worth it walking around for 2 hours trying to find this awful road?! The hotel itself is very clean, the receptionists are very kind indeed, however the location of this hotel is not so good. There is absolutely nothing around to do...nothing walkabout distance to see. It is also very closeby to sex shop and this was awfully disturbing especially seeing these old guys walking in and about in broad daylight out of the lap dance and table dance shows! The rooms were clean, but very small! I definitely wouldn`t go there again...

"Room was far too small"

The upstairs of the hotel did not match the downstairs, where is was well docorated and spacious. Upstairs, our room was tiny, breakfast was simple. The hotel reception staff were very helful and friendly.

"Surprisingly good"

Four guys - Paris RWC semifinals. We are used to "rugby hotels" , generally around Pigalle in rubbish streets, barely clean etc. We booked the George Opera through Hotels Direct, were bounced from our first choice onto the George, so were expecting the same As we walked down from Place Clichy, it all seemed to be going to the bad usual scenario; and then, in the last 100 yards, the street looked up and we found what was essentially a good value semi boutique hotel- small rooms but everything else clean, fresh, great service, nice breakfast space -we liked it and the neighourhood downhill

"OK - ish"

Quite expensive for what it is. Small room, problems with heating/Air Con. Very noisy on front rooms (but this is Paris!), had to keep double glazing closed at night, Air con not working.

"Great location - nr metro & moulin rouge"

Really friendly & helpful staff. Hotel is stylish, good 1st impression on walking in for the first time. Room was very small though, and we never got a double as requested, but 2 singles pushed together, each bed dressed seperately. No tea/coffee/iron or trouser press in the room, so bring your own iron. No hotel/Paris tourist info in the room. However, rooms were clean with air conditioning. Breakfast was ok - limited selection of food. No cooked option or toast. Overall I`d give 6 out of 10.

Hotel was clean and the reception and dining areas were nicely presented. Breakfast was a simple buffet, adequate. Room was very small and a little dated. Located close to metro so convenient.

"Very pleasant well located Hotel."

Stayed last weekend in August 2007. The staff in the Hotel are very nice and helpful. They speak excellent english which was a help. Room was small but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast option was well worth the money as it was good and saved time. Very convenient to St George metro with good restaurants and bars closeby. Would definitely use again.

"Very good location"

Read up on the reviews beforehand and it was as it said, clean and very friendly staff. The room was rather small but for one night OK and everythng we would have wanted. Was disappointed as it said we were getting a full english breakfast and it was continental so that wasn`t as it said. Would go there again as the location was good for Pigalle and walking distance to the shops.

We thought that value for money it was ok, and very clean, reception excellent. Situation, very good. Breakfast , poor. Cold coffee, no loose sugar for cereals, bread was not freshly baked every day. Very clean. Would like to hear other peoples comments. Would go again.

The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. It made me feel welcomed. The louge, breakfast area are modern and spacious. Unfortunately, the room was not well equipped and bed smelt old. The room on the road side was very noisy, it was difficult to sleep. The TV did not have BBC.
