Amazing. A lovely experience made better by all staff who were very helpful and friendly. Birthday bundle, cake etc, was lovely and well worth the money. My only criticism is that though I booked for 3 adults, the third bed was not made up on arrival but it was rectified quickly.

This hotel is ideally situated in Victoria, with an entrance I inside the station. Easy to get around from here, there are good shops nearby and the hotel is really lovely.

The hotel was brilliant from the moment we walked in we was made to feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed here as it was our sons birthday, we had rang the day before we arrived to see if they would put some balloons in the room as a nice jester and they did just that and even wrote a lovely card from everyone at the hotel and some delicious cakes as well. Hotel is beautiful nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Chinese food is a must to have if you like Chinese food. Beds very comfy and the room very clean. Would recommend to stay here we will deffinatly be booking again.

"Wonderful hotel"
The hotel was situated so conveniently for Victoria Underground which meant everywhere was accessible. It was my daughters 18th birthday & they surprised her with a special array of deserts delivered to our restaurant I`m. We also had access to the executive lounge which was a lovely touch.

I have to say I have stayed in many hotels in London and even though most hotel staff are very good and helpful every single member of staff we spoke to at the grosvnor were so helpful and pleasant it really did make a difference Thank you

Bathroom shower head was not functioning properly and sent water over shower screen, thus flooding bathroom that I had to clean at 06.00 am avoiding a accident on which my sleeping wife needed to avoid as was unaware. Also felt ushered towards being advised by reception in taking a tower room, over a normal room let`s say very compact . Glad it was for only one night .

"Comfortable but rooms a bit small"
Bed very comfortable, all the usual amenities but very compact. You have to be a bit of a contortionist to get in the bathroom and close the door without banging your knees on the toilet, similarly you have to negotiate the furniture to get into bed. Nevertheless you can`t fault the location - a few minutes walk to station and theatre.

"Wonderful experience"
Arrived early, hoping for and early check in. However was not lucky enough however they stored our bags so we could explore London with out hinderance. When they discovered it was our anniversary, they sent us a free bottle of wine with complements of the hotel. Not a bad word to say about them. Room was amazing. Spacious, exteremely comfortable bed and lovely en suite bathroom

"Comfortable stay in the heart of London"
The Grosvenor Hotel in Victoria warmly welcomed us. Easy check-in and out. Room very spacious and clean. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice. A great experience. Will stay again when in London.

"Very nice stay"
We booked an executive king and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely and clean. White fluffy towels in the bathroom. Fresh fruit , bottled water and tea and posh coffee also. Complimentary refreshments in the evening were a nice touch and very welcome after a day sightseeing. The staff we very helpful and polite. The hotel is situated next to Victoria railway station but you couldn`t hear any noise. The underground service was also very convenient for the major tourist attractions and west end theatres. Booking with hotel direct was easy and communication with them good. Overall a lovely luxurious stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

Hotel has door straight to train st and apolo theatre. Staff excellent nothing too much trouble. Paul concierge knew all bus routes. Lovely room. Good breakfast

The sandards were what you would expect in a cheap hotel. The t.v. had a very poor signal with only a few channels working. The advertised sound system only worked with iphone 5. The room wasn`t clean & looked grubby. Overall we were very dissapointed with this hotel for what we paid.

Wonderful hotel. Very good customer service. Could not do enough for you. We went for my birthday and we were upgraded to a bigger room at check in. Also brought some birthday cake to my room! Really close to the theatre so not too far to stroll back at the end of the night. Would highly recommend the hotel.

"Fabulous hotel"
The hotel is a very beautiful building, imaculate in every respect. The proximity of the hotel is very good, 2 minutes to the Apollo Theatre. 10 minutes steady walk to Buckingham Palace. 20 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. We were met by Nate on the hotel reception desk who could not have been more helpful and courteous a very good ambassador for the company. All the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel very highly.

"A great solo trip with loads of fun things to do including sightseeing and theatre trip. "
I got a great welcome on arrival and checkin was quick and easy. I arrived about 1300 as was able to get straight into the room. All the staff are very helpful. The bar and breakfast was very good with plenty to eat. I used the gym which has everthing you need for a workout. It`s Location was perfect as next door to victoria station and within 5 mins walk to the Appollo theatre and Victoria palace theatre. Close to many London attractions like Buckingham palace, st James park etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!! From the minute you walk through the doors you feel like you are somewhere special. Staff incredibly friendly, helpful and polite and the hotel is just immaculate. This was a stay for a special occasion but I will absolutely be back again.

Room was cold, and nobody to fix at 10.00pm. Got a heater which helped. No obvious tel numbers for Reception or in an emergency.
