Our room was basic ...clean....breakfast was absolutely chaotic not enough tables for amount of guests...we were offered an up grade for an extra £45 a night for a better room....which was an insult that you have to pay more for a better room...!!!we felt the hotel had two half`s one which was posh and the other for us.....disorganised chaos for breakfast not enough tables...drinks machines for coffee and tea only 2 being used..2 not not in use..ques for everything...4 of us put on a table for 2...no bread rolls just one toaster which took for ever...we were lucky enough on one morning to have breakfast in the club lounge due to the fact there was no room in main area...what a difference everything flowed much better there.Staff were good...on the whole...they were very busy....bar staff were not very welcoming....Hotel is in a good area....

Brilliant value, very clean, lovely staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, brilliant central location, good shower and a bath, absolutely great value breakfast, in all a great hotel that is fantastic value considering its location. My second visit and I will be back. Thanks Jackie

Booked via HotelDirect and we have been so happy with everything about the hotel. The staff have been friendly, polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious, had everything needed, towels changed & provisions daily without asking Breakfast was fabulous too 129392;
