"2 Issues booking in and Mice Booking ref. B1393607."
When we checked in they said they only had a double bed available when we requested a twin bedroom. We said that is not suitable for myself and my son to sleep in. After waiting for a while they came up with a double bed with a sofa bed which we had to accept as they had nothing else to offer, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Also when we came back to the Hotel Saturday night around midnight we were sat in the cafe area in the reception and noticed mice running around the chairs and tables and food displays many times whilst we sat there. We took a video of one time which i will send separately. We reported this to the Main Desk and he said he would log this on the system. Other than these 2 issues the staff were very friendly.

Our room was basic ...clean....breakfast was absolutely chaotic not enough tables for amount of guests...we were offered an up grade for an extra £45 a night for a better room....which was an insult that you have to pay more for a better room...!!!we felt the hotel had two half`s one which was posh and the other for us.....disorganised chaos for breakfast not enough tables...drinks machines for coffee and tea only 2 being used..2 not not in use..ques for everything...4 of us put on a table for 2...no bread rolls just one toaster which took for ever...we were lucky enough on one morning to have breakfast in the club lounge due to the fact there was no room in main area...what a difference everything flowed much better there.Staff were good...on the whole...they were very busy....bar staff were not very welcoming....Hotel is in a good area....

Brilliant value, very clean, lovely staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, brilliant central location, good shower and a bath, absolutely great value breakfast, in all a great hotel that is fantastic value considering its location. My second visit and I will be back. Thanks Jackie

Booked via HotelDirect and we have been so happy with everything about the hotel. The staff have been friendly, polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious, had everything needed, towels changed & provisions daily without asking Breakfast was fabulous too 129392;
