Hotel and location:

Located just off Dam Square, the Die Port Van Cleve Hotel, with it`s imposing facade, used to be a brewery and is housed within 6 historic buildings. It is a great location from which to explore Amsterdam on foot. Centraal Station and the Eurostar terminal is just 10-minutes away on foot or a short tram journey. On the edge of the canal ring, visitors can wander across the bridges and along the canal lined iconic streets, where there are plenty of cafes and bars with pavement tables. Other poplar locations such as the Van Gogh museum or the famous Vondelpark can be reached in less than 30 minutes on foot or by a short tram journey.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Centraal station exit onto Stationsplein and walk across the square to the left. Use the pedestrian crossing to turn right onto Prins Hendrikkade. Turn left onto Martelaarsgracht and then a slight left onto Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal for the hotel.
