Lansdown Grove Hotel is situated on the edge of the City within easy walking distance of places of interest and 1 mile from the railway station. Bath Abbey is less than 1 mile away, approximately 15 minutes walk. It is also a pleasant walk to the Royal Crescent and The Circus which are both less than 10 minutes on foot. The Thermae Bath Spa, where visitors can enjoy a spa experience is less than 20 minutes walk. Bath is a very walkable city and there are many independent shops to peruse as well as plenty bars and restaurants to try during your stay.

The 4* Lansdown Grove is a boutique hotel, recently refurbished, with 61 rooms that blend the buildings original Georgian features with modern hotel amenities. Individually styled, the rooms have been designed with great attention to detail and guests comfort in mind. All have modern ensuite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities and wide screen TV. Some rooms have city views, whilst others overlook the gardens. There are also some ground floor rooms with doors to an outdoor patio. Full English Breakfast, is served every morning in the 1913 Restaurant where dinner is also served every evening.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Bath Spa Railway Station exit towards Brunel Square and then turn right onto Dorchester Street and then left onto Manver Street, which continues onto Pierrepont Street. Turn left onto Orange Grove and then right onto High Street. Make a slight left to stay on High Street. Make a slight left again onto Northgate St and then continue onto Broad St. Follow this route for 0.1 miles and them mke a slight right onto Bladud Buildings/ Lansdown Rd and continue to follow Lansdown Road for 0.4 miles. Make a right turn to stay on Lansdown Rd and the hotel will on the left.
BY CAR: Heading west on M4 exit a junction 19 onto M32 towards Bristol. At junction 1 take the A4174 exit to Ring Road. At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto M32 slip road to South Wales/London/M4/M5/The Midlands and then merge onto M32. After 0.2 miles take the exit onto M4 and continue for 6.9 miles. At junction 18 take the A46 exit to Bath/Stroud, at Tormarton Interchange, take the 3rd exit onto A46 and continue for 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Gorse Ln and then after 1.5 miles turn right onto A420 and then left onto Freezinghill Ln. After 1.6 miles turn left and after a further 2.7 miles continue onto Lansdown Rd. Turn right to stay on Lansdown Rd and then left onto Lansdown Grove, the hotel will be on the left.
