This is the second time I`ve used HotelDirect. A diamond service that I cannot fault. From the beginning, everything was so easy and straight forward. I was kept up to date on all aspects. All tickets and info came to us as and when promised. The service took away any worries I had about visiting London. The show we went to see was as brilliant. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Comfortable beds, very clean bathroom and decor was fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Great value for money. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Not being a person who is savvy with computers, I found Hotel Direct very easy to use. I first chose the show I wanted to see. Then I chose the hotel and finally the train tickets. Everything is so simple, all I had to then was to print the paperwork and train tickets.
