Aberdeen city centre is 7 miles away and for longer stays is a good location from which to visit the local area. A bracing walk at Aberdeen beach is approximately 20 minutes/ 6 miles away and for those looking to travel further afield, The Cairngorms National Park is approximately 1 hours drive.
Getting there:
BY CAR: Heading south-east on the M9 exit at junction 1A onto M90 towards Dundee/Perth, after 36.5 miles continue onto A90 and after approximately 15 miles at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Kingsway W/A90. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on Kingsway W/A90. After 0.8 miles at the roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on Kingsway W/A90. At the Straithmarine Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Kingsway/A90. Continue for 1.4 miles and then turn left onto Forfar Rd/A90, go through 1 roundabout and after 1 mile at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A90. After 49 miles take the B979 slip road to A90 North/Inverness/A96/AECC/Airport/Aberdeen(N)/Aberdeen(W)/ARI/Harbour/Stonehaven. After 0.2 miles at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route/A90 slip road. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route/A90. After approximately 8 miles take the exit towards C89C Chapel of Stoneywood-Fairley Road. After 0.2 miles turn right onto C89C Chapel of Stoneywood-Fairley Road. At Craibstone Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Airport Road. After 0.5 miles continue straight onto Argyll Road and then turn right onto Argyll Way. Turn left and the hotel will be on the right.
