This is the second time I`ve used HotelDirect. A diamond service that I cannot fault. From the beginning, everything was so easy and straight forward. I was kept up to date on all aspects. Not being a person who is savvy with computers, I found Hotel Direct very easy to use. I first chose the show I wanted to see. Then I chose the hotel and finally the train tickets. Everything is so simple, all I had to then was to print the paperwork and train tickets.
