Another fantastic London break staying at the Cumberland Hotel,we have now stayed a few times at this hotel &we always have a fantastic stay.The staff,rooms &the overall ambience of the hotel make for a perfect stay&it`s lovely to see some of the lovely staff again (Naziem),&a shout out to Sonny on check in .Hope to see you all again soon,we will definitely be in touch via Hotel direct another shout-out to their very friendly helpful staff.

The Cumberland is an excellent hotel, great atmosphere, friendly staff and very clean and comfortable room`s. The buffet breakfast and restaurant are superb, i can easily recommend this hotel, I`ve stayed here a few times now and will certainly return.

We have reviewed your comments with the relevant Heads of Department to investigate further and rectify. We are so sorry that you did not like the bedroom allocated to you on this occasion. Due to the building being a Grade Two listed building and not a purpose built hotel we have several bedrooms and bathrooms of differing, unique shape and size.
