The Roseate Villa Bath

Room and hotel facilities:

All of the 21 luxurious rooms and suites at the 5* Roseate Villa have been designed with guests comfort in mind, many overlooking the hotel gardens. The original Victorian architecture has been blended with the amenities expected of a modern hotel. All include king-size beds (some of which can be made up as twins), free Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities, SMART TV with streaming connection and luxurious bathrooms, some with showers and some with bath. Larger Suites with seating areas and mini fridges are also available to book. The hotel serves a Full English Breakfast everyday, which can be added during the booking process. Dinner is served from 6pm (excluding Tuesday & Wednesday). Traditional Afternoon Tea is also served daily and the hotel bar offers guest the chance to unwind in the early evening with one of their signature cocktails.

Hotel and location:

The 5* Roseate Villa is housed within 2 Victorian houses overlooking Henrietta Park. This peaceful location is just a short walk from Bath`s popular attractions and less than 15 minutes walk from Bath Spa Station. Bath Abbey and The Roman Baths are both an easy 9 minute walk from the hotel and the picturesque area surrounding Pulteney Bridge is only 5 minutes. During their stay visitors should also take a stroll around the beautiful architecture of The Crescent and The Circus. The city also has many small lanes filled with shops, bars and restaurants.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Bath Spa Station, exit by the main entrance an cross over using the pedestrian crossing. Turn to the right onto Manvers Street and continue straight along for 0.4 miles. Turn right onto Argyle Street/Pulteney Bridge. After a further 0.1 miles turn left onto Henrietta Place and the hotel will be on the left.
