Fabulous travel company who met all of our wishes, wants and needs. Brilliant customer service with hints and tips information too. Even though our theatre booking was cancelled by the theatre due to cast member related Covid...a refund was back in my back account without quibble within 24 hours.Your choice of hotel was wonderful. Our stay at Hotel Copthorne Tara in Kensington was perfect. Its situation being just a 3 minute walk from the Underground station is ideal and so easy to find. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are amazing.Hotel Direct we will definitely be returning customers.thank you so much for everything.
