Room very clean. Staff very helpful. Would have liked a comfortable lounge with sofas to relax in! Drinks prices high -but then it is London!

"Great hotel in a great location "
We stayed for one night to see a show and shopping. Our room was quiet, the beds were comfy but the pillows were too soft and plump!!! Staff were helpful and breakfast was delicious. It`s in a prime location to visit shops on Oxford Street and very close to Bond Street tube station which made it easy to get to the theatre. Would definitely stay there again next time we`re in London.
