The hotel was fabulous, albeit the room was a little small, but surprisingly they managed to fit in a lot into a small space. The room decor was nice and plenty of little extras. The staff were very polite and helpful, we met Caroline at reception who did explain that they would have given us a free room upgrade but none were available so we were given a £15.00 voucher off food or drinks in the restaurant. Bonus because I had booked a table for the steak and lobster at the hotels restaurant on the next night. All the staff were polite and helpful. The food was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. I will definitely stay again. It was close to the theatre we booked at and being in the west end close to all the shops. A fabulous weekend break.

"I would highly recommend this hotel"
The staff were very courteous and helpful from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Our room was spotless and the food in the restaurant was the best I have had in any London hotel,no queuing and food piping hot, much better and tastier than the conveyor belt food served at the larger hotels.I will most certainly stay in this hotel when I next visit London
