Room and hotel facilities:The 3* Bedford Hotel offers 184 rooms with contemporary design all of which have ensuite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Rooms have a mixture of shower over bath and shower only. Guests can request either, subject to availability.   In-room amenities include; free Wi-Fi, television with Chromecast, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and in-room safe. Unusually for a hotel in this area, there is a small private garden with water feature and seating areas. In fine weather the Bontanica Restaurant and Bar have tables outside. The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday where guests can enjoy a pre-theatre meal before heading out to a show. The bar is open every evening, ideal for a relaxing drink after a night out.

Excellent location, very clean, staff helpful. Room could have done with some upgrading but excellent overall.

Staff attentive, friendly and cleanliness good in room and hotel in general. .Beds comfy , small bathroom, good towels,toilet room unaired, could have been fresher.Room very stuffy and hot on arrival , needed to use fan and open windows to be comfortable 
Garden was a pleasant area to sit as weather was good for our nightcap after a full day exploring London sites and the theatre.

Very central for all tourist need, tube buses shops historic interest sites. I was very happy with the helpfull polite staff at all levels.I will definately book to stay again at The Bedford on my next London vist. Highly recommend the hotel.

Used this hotel over many years, super clean, fantastic 
powerful showers, great location. Could do with some comfy seats in the bar area rather than dining tables but not a deal breaker.

Left some items behind rang reception when I returned home spoke to someone on reception that said she had found my items and would get back to me with the postage price they didn`t get back to me so I called again the next day and was told they hadn`t found my items so I emailed the hotel to ask what had happened to my items as I definitely left them in the room I`m still waiting for a response 2weeks later

"Good 4* quality, let down by noisy traffic!"
Staff first class, reception, dining room and cleaners. Breakfast good. Location good for London centre.
Make sure you`re not given a room facing Southampton Row as there is inadequate sound proofing for the 18 hours of very busy and noisey traffic.
Fan provided for when windows couldn`t be kept open.
TV volume set far too low as couldn`t properly hear it when windows opened.
Could do with a rail along side wall of shower in bathroom, taps very stiff and required lots of strength to fully stop water flow.  
Daily cleaning good, 1 hard and 1 softer pillow, bed bottom sheet always came undone, too small? As towels changed daily [ except penultimate day!] their thinness was acceptable.
Would use again if guaranteed a rear facing room.

"Best hotel I`ve stayed in."
Came here to celebrate my Mum`s birthday and it`s probably the best decision I`ve ever made, the staff are amazing and the location is perfectly in between all the bus routes to some of London`s best sights/ shops! Will most definitely try coming again sometime!
