Getting there:BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The nearest underground station is Gloucester Road (Piccadilly, Circle and District Line). Exit the station and turn left on Gloucester Road, take the first right onto Cromwell Road and the hotel will be ahead on the left hand side after 100 metres.
 BY CAR: Exit the M25 at Junction 15, taking M4 to London. The M4 becomes the A4 which in turn becomes the Cromwell Road. After the Earls Court Road Junction watch out for the hotel on the left hand side. If you reach the junction with Gloucester Road you have gone too far.

"Do not stay at this hotel!!"
Terrible experience at this hotel!! They charged me twice for the breakfast which me and the second person I had stayed with wanted to pay for separately. This issue caused me so much unnecessary inconvenience. It also took two weeks for the refund to be paid back in to my bank account which is completely unacceptable given that this issue wasn`t caused by myself. I won`t be staying at this hotel again as a result of this mess and wouldn`t recommend anyone else to stay here either. Avoid this hotel at all costs as they will mess up your payment due to the sheer incompetency of the people working here.

"Hotel Closed"
When we arrived at the hotel we were told it was closed and could not stay there, I believe there was a private function in the hotel.
After getting over the initial shock the receptionist explained that they had tried to contact me but had no details, ie Email or phone number. I told the receptionist that HotelDirect should have contacted me. The receptionist then explained that they had arranged for my party to stay in their sister hotel, The Hampshire and they also arranged taxi`s to the hotel for my party. They also provided vouchers that we could use in the hotel.
We were very well looked after in the Hampshire.

"Perfect place to stay"
Great location with everything you need within a 2 minute walk. Gloucester Road tube station, Tesco express and bars and restaurants. Would definitely return.

"Very good hotel and service exceptional"
Not many guests due to Coronavirus - service exceptional and free breakfast thrown in. Great food at breakfast and Mo on reception was a star!

"Great location and good atmosphere,  just not value for money. Was expecting more. "
I`ve stayed in better rooms for the money we paid. The room was really small...really for 1 person, not two. There is even only one bedside table. Also when checked in, the hotel wasn`t aware we were checked in and had to ring the room to ask who checked us in?! Also bath not grippy or had mats, and I fell bruising my arms and back. Tried to let the hotel know,  but they weren`t interested. Poor service from that respect. Disappointed. Unless I knew what type of room I was staying in and what the standards in the bathroom was like I wouldn`t stay there again.

"Excellent service from start to finish"
First time stay here, highly recommend. Efficient, helpful staff, convenient location and well priced. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities. Back rooms nice and quiet away from London traffic. Will return.

"Great London Hotel"
The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. Makes a real difference when travelling to London. The reception team -
 Ruth, Daniel and Jubril treated my 6 year old daughters VIPs and they were very pleased with the sweet trolley!!! Thank you!

The room we stayed in was comfortable for a family room.

Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices.

Location was excellent and very easy to find.
